Dr. Osmar and his wife Dr. Linda
are marriage and family
counselors. They received their
doctorate from California
Christian University, and their
license from the state of
California.
They have devoted their lives to
helping families in crisis
through the seminars and
individual counseling. During
the last twenty-five years they
have been serving God as pastors,
missionaries, and international
spokespersons in different
countries.
The Doctors are the founders of
the Step of Faith Bible
Institute in Japan and of the
non-profit organization Love
Discipling International in the
United States, with the vision
of preparing leaders in the
counseling area. Dr. Osmar and
Dr. Linda are part of the
pastoral counseling group for
the Southern Hispanic District
of California. They are pastors
at Family Christian Center in
San Ysidro, CA.
They are working as counselors
for Hispanic families near the
border town of Tijuana (Mexico)
and San Ysidro (United States).
The pastors are currently living
in San Diego, CA and they have
two beautiful children, Sarah
and Andre-Filipe.

tienen dos lindos hijos, Sarah y
Andre-Filipe.
